I ordered a door from Rustica and it did eventually show up, so no major complaints there. I can’t remember the exact day I placed the order, maybe it was earlier in the month, but the shipping took longer than I thought it would. The tracking also kind of sat there without updating for a few days, which was a little frustrating.

The door itself was packed well and nothing was damaged when it arrived, so that part was good. I just wish the delivery timing had been a bit clearer. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, but it wasn’t awesome either. Average for me.

I ordered a door from rustica.com, i was a bit disappointed with it. The wood had some rough spots here and there, and the finish seemed a little uneven to me. It also didn’t feel as solid as I was expecting, especially for the price. Maybe I just had higher expectations, but I don’t think I’d order from them again...

I was really just trying to make a few simple changes, but the customization options were way more limited than I expected and kind of confusing. What I ended up with didn’t really match what I had pictured at all. For the price, I thought I’d have more control over the final result, and it definitely made me lose some trust in the whole experience

Customer service just wasn’t very helpful. I had to wait around for replies, and then when I finally got one, it was like, not even really answering my question. I kind of felt like I was chasing them the whole time, which was frustrating. I probably wouldn’t order again

It looks fine at first glance, but for the price, I really expected a lot more. The quality just doesn’t match what they’re charging, and I’m regretting the purchase. I also tried reaching out to support about it, but it felt like I got stuck in a loop of generic replies without any real help.

The install ended up working out, but I definitely had to do some figuring out on my own. The instructions could be a lot clearer, especially around the little details they seem to leave vague. It kind of feels like one of those policy loophole situations where technically they provided directions, but not enough to actually make the process smooth. Got it done in the end, just more frustrating than it needed to be.
